The information below answers the most frequently asked questions regarding ticket purchases.

I just purchased tickets. What happens next?
Once you click the Purchase Tickets button, you will receive an email receipt indicating which show you have purchased tickets for and the number of tickets purchased. Please review your receipt for accuracy.
A duplicate ticket order appears on my credit card statement.
This typically happens when the purchase button is clicked more than once. Simply email us at Koska@MichaelKoska.com and we will cancel the duplicate order. In order email, provide the show date, the name under which the tickets were purchased and how many tickets you actually need.
May I show the receipt on my smart phone when I arrive at the bridal show?
Yes, you can show your phone at the door or provided a printed copy.
Do I need to purchase tickets for children?
Children 12 and under are admitted free and do not need a ticket.
What if I have an usued ticket or cannot attend the show?
Tickets are non-refundable, but unused tickets may be given to someone else.
Does a Promotion Code discount apply to every ticket I purchase?
Promo codes apply to one ticket only.
In order to best serve our attendees, requests for accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act
must be made 14 days prior to the show date. Please contact us to make any requests.
